A reflection on my time at Nectar360 so far

Having joined the Argos Client Services team back in September 2023, I can safely say that it has been the best 6 months of my career so far! Being part of this amazing team, working within this fast paced and ever developing environment is hugely rewarding.

Being new to the team and the business came with plenty of questions but having a fantastic team around me has meant that there is always someone there for support, big or small questions everyone has the time to help each other. It’s been fantastic to learn more from my team and a range of stakeholders across the business, which has further helped me develop effective working relationships that will support me in the future.

I’ve had the great opportunity to work with lots of clients across different categories within Argos. Which has allowed me to adapt supplier funded marketing campaigns and activities relevant for each client and their needs.

Having recently joined the Nectar360 team, I was really excited about the opportunity to utilise Smarter Working. Smarter Working has enabled me to maintain my active lifestyle, something that’s been a priority for me since my weight-loss journey starting in 2021.

What is Smarter Working?

Smarter Working enables greater flexibility in the ways we work. This could be flexibility in the hours, days or even start and finish times of working across the week.

Coming into 2024 like many of us, I’ve set aside some goals for myself, and I’ll be continuing to utilise smarter working to achieve these. So far, I’ve found that going to the Gym/exercising helps me…

• Boost my mental clarity – being able to mentally disconnect whilst at the gym has improved my productivity.
• Keeps me on track with my goals – ensuring I maintain a healthy lifestyle and feel a sense of progress day by day.
• Keeps me socially active – allows me to train with friends helps me maintain social connections outside of work.
• Overall boosts my mental and physical well-being!
